Practice Setting
Large hospital-based anesthesia practice
582-bed hospital with 40 ICU beds
39 anesthetizing sites
Care team model with CRNA supervision
EMR: Cerner

Schedule
Coverage begins July 2026
Monday–Friday clinical schedule
Day shifts primarily 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Additional evening and overnight coverage opportunities available
Ongoing 12-hour call coverage requirements
Weekend coverage included
Mandatory orientation required prior to start

Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties
Supervise CRNAs while also performing cases independently as needed
Participate in weekday, overnight, and weekend call coverage
Support trauma, pediatric, obstetric, and operating room services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams in a high-acuity environment

Requirements
Board Certified Anesthesiology
Active Florida medical license required
Active Florida DEA strongly preferred
ACLS required
BLS required
PALS required
Must be comfortable with pediatric patients of all ages
High-risk OB experience preferred
24 months of recent case logs required for credentialing
TB testing required
