Community hospital setting with outpatient surgery & endoscopy
Bread & butter case mix including Ortho, General Surgery, OB (spinals/epidurals), regional blocks & TAP blocks
Medical direction model (1:3 to 1:5) with opportunities to perform your own cases
5-20 cases per day
