Anesthesiologist Needed in Jacksonville, FL (PT)

Job description

Start Date: Sept 28
13-week assignment
Contract Length: Every monday and tuesday
Shift Details: 7a-3/4p depending on surgery end

Work Details:
• Support staff: Physicians and 2 assistants.
• Amount of coverage needed per month:
• Patients per day: 1-2 per day (Dual Full arch in the AM. Single arch or implants in the PM)
• Patient population/age: 50yrs-70yrs- No peds
• Department description: In office procedures
• EMR: Eaglesoft – Won't need training
• Hospital bed size: Procedure rooms/ chairs using 2 but have 4.
• Special procedures:
• Skills required: Dental experience
• Not putting patients all the way under.

Requirements:
• Board Certification: 100% board certified
• License required: FL
• DEA: Maybe
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
