Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Every Monday & Tuesday 7a-3p
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patient Demographic: Adults
• Patient Volume: 1-2 per day
• EMR: Eaglesoft

Requirements:
• State License: Active FL license required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 90 days
