Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for an urgent locum tenens opportunity in Gainesville, Georgia. This is a no-call assignment in a busy ambulatory surgery center with an expedited credentialing process.

Assignment Details
Location: Gainesville, GA
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift Options: 4x10s or 5x10s
Hours: Approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (start/end times may vary)

Practice Setting:
Ambulatory Surgery Center
Hybrid documentation (EMR + paper)
Collaborative team including 1 CRNA and 6 surgeons daily

Case Mix: ENT, Cosmetic Surgery

Clinical Responsibilities:
Supervise CRNA
Personally perform anesthesia cases
Average 10–15 cases per day (volume varies)

Requirements:
Board Certified Anesthesiologist
Active Georgia license
DEA required

Additional Information:
Expedited credentialing available (ASAP to approximately 30 days)
Urgent coverage need
No call responsibilities
