Shift Details: 7a-5p or 7a-7p


Schedule: Mon- Saturday, Beeper and In house call required

Work Details:

How many provders: 8 FTE

Procesures per day: Will vary depending on where they are stationed

Department Description: Trauma level 2 no ED response

EMR: EPIC

Main Procedures: Bread and butter. Nuero, cardiac, OB

Supervision Required: Yes

Practice Setting:

Hospital

Travel Logistics:

Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and Lodging

Requirements:

Board Certification: Yes

License Required: Active Illinois license

Certifications Required: BC/BE
