Schedule & Commitment
Start Date: January (February start acceptable)
Commitment: Minimum 1-year
Schedule: 2–5 days per week
Shifts: Daytime only with an 8-hour guarantee
Call: None
Nights/Weekends: None

Case Types: Dental anesthesia only
Patient Population: Primarily pediatric patients, ages 3–9
Anesthesia Model: Solo practice

Staffing Model
MD to CRNA Ratio: Solo practice
New Graduates: Accepted

Compensation
Rate: $350/hour

Licensing & Credentials
Active Illinois Medical License: Required
