Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 2 weeks
Shift: 7AM-3PM, 3 days per week with flexible set schedule
Contract Length: 3 months
Call Requirement: None
Practice Setting: Independent, 100% office-based anesthesia
Location: Marion, Illinois | Single site coverage only

Case Details:
Pediatric dental sedation cases for patients ages 5-17 years old
Procedures include:

Extractions
Root Canals
Fillings

Average daily volume: 8-10 cases per day

Medical Malpractice provided by Anesthesia OnCall
