Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist to join a busy, high-acuity anesthesia team supporting a large surgical program with a broad range of complex cases. This opportunity offers a combination of hands-on clinical practice and medical direction responsibilities within a collaborative care team model.

Position Overview:
Providers will work alongside experienced CRNAs and anesthesia colleagues, participating in both direct patient care and supervision. Physicians should be comfortable moving between personally performing cases and medically directing CRNAs depending on departmental needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for anesthesiologists who enjoy variety, acuity, and practicing across multiple specialties.

Dental procedures

Practice Environment:
Collaborative anesthesia care team model
Physicians supervise CRNAs while also maintaining clinical involvement

Schedule:
Primarily weekday coverage
Mix of day shifts and call responsibilities
Night and weekend call opportunities available
Orientation and onboarding provided prior to start

Qualifications:
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Comfortable with cardiac anesthesia and open-heart cases
Experience supervising CRNAs preferred
Strong clinical skills across a broad range of surgical specialties
Team-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
