- Schedule Details:
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am- 3:30 PM. Cases may start as early as 6:00 AM, and pay begins at clock-in.

Rotation: Monday - Friday

Call Scheduled: No Call/weekends

Call Response Time: No Call/weekends

Dates Coverage is Needed: September 2-3

- PRN MD Coverage

- Other Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS

- Needed to start privs: IL license, IL CDS, IL DEA

- Types of Cases required: 3,700 cases annually, including general orthopedics, joint replacements, and spine procedures

- Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Proficiency in brachial plexus spinals, truncal and lower extremity blocks. Techniques include spinal, interscalene, adductor, and popliteal

- EMR System: Medaxion

- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
