About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will oversee anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients during a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with call coverage extending overnight until 7:00 AM. The role requires supervising two CRNAs under a 1:2 staffing model, with 50% hands-on involvement by the anesthesiologist. Call responsibilities include availability for emergency surgeries, obstetric cases, and other urgent anesthesia needs. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians in this role.
