with additional coverage dates through May
Coverage: Scheduled shifts + occasional backup call

Dates Needed:
- January 20
- February 22
- March 22
- April 12 & 26
- May 24

Schedule:
- Day shifts with evening/night call
- 7a–7p; call 7p–7a
- 7a–5:30p; call 5:30p–7a

Setting:
- hospital
- Adult patients, with pediatric cases also included in the case mix
- Epic EMR

Practice Model:
- Mix of CRNA supervision and personally performing cases

Cases:
- General anesthesia
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- Ophthalmology
- ENT
- Plastics & podiatry
- Pediatrics
- Cardiac & vascular
- Endoscopy
- GYN
- Pain management
- Watchman procedures
