Position Overview

Provider Type: MD/DO
Start Date: ASAP (fast credentialing available)
Assignment Length: 2–3 months
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Schedule & Hours
Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation Structure: Provider is on-call during scheduled hours but paid based on an 8-hour daily guarantee
Call: None
Nights/Weekends: None

Practice Setting
Solo practice model with additional anesthesiologists on-site for backup if needed

Transitional coverage due to provider turnover

Case Mix
OB-only anesthesia
Low-acuity cases
Epidurals only
No high-risk OB cases
Volume
Approximately 3–4 cases per week
Very light workload

Solo physician practice

Requirements
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified
New graduates accepted
Active Indiana license or ability to obtain
ACLS and BLS required
Strong clinical competency required
Comfortable practicing independently in OB anesthesia
