Job Title: Anesthesiologist – Locum Tenens
Location: Lafayette, IN
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule:
Flexible. Preferably a variation of day shifts, OB shifts, and OR call, but if we get a good candidate who doesn't want call, we would still consider a 5-day-a-week day shift.
Standard: 5 days, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
On-Call Requirements:
OR call (4:00 PM – 7:00 AM) possibly once a week; OB call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM), negotiable
Board Certification Required: Yes – Anesthesiology
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Population: Adults
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: RN, CRNA team
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days

Procedures Include:
General anesthesia
Epidurals/spinals for OB (if taking call)
Arterial line placement
Central line placement
