Anesthesiology Physician Needed in Huntington, IN

• 120-day credentialing timeline
• Podiatry cases only
• No call
• Can combine with LaGrange/Noble for full weeks

Supervising as needed

Type of cases required- Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, General, Orthro, Podiatry on WED

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient

Case logs required- Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Support staff during day 1 MD/2 CRNA

OR 2 rooms, Endo 1 room, CV 0, Catho Lab 0, IR Room 0

EMR- EPIC

Vaccination required- Need to be vaccinated, accepting exemptions

Huntington covers podiatry only on Wednesdays, there is no call. $375 is still the max. Even thought they are technically covered for the year I would like to find another MD to add in case our local MDs cannot assist

Will not take Board Eligible, Must be Board Certified
