Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (8s)
No call
Coverage Dates: Apr 1, Apr 15, May 27, Jun 17, Jul 8, Aug 5, Sept 9, Oct 21, Nov 25, Dec 9, Dec 23
Podiatry only on Wednesdays


Practice Details

Acute care hospital
1 MD / 2 CRNAs
Supervision as needed
OR: 2 rooms | Endo: 1 room
EMR: Epic


Clinical Scope

Podiatry cases (primary need)
Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals
Case logs required
Additional experience required: endo, OB/GYN, peds, general, ortho


Requirements

Physician – Anesthesiology
Board Certified only
Active Indiana license + Indiana CSR
Local candidates only
Vaccination required (exemptions considered)


Credentialing

~120 days


Location
West of Fort Wayne, Indiana — weekday podiatry coverage, no call.
