Job description

Assignment Details:

Start: ASAP after credentialing
Credentialing: Approximately 2 weeks
Schedule: Wednesday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
No call required
Contract: 3 months with extension options available
Independent practice setting
100% office-based, single location coverage

Cases:
Pediatric dental sedation for patients ages 5-17. Procedures include extractions, root canals, and fillings. Average daily volume of 8-10 cases.

Requirements:
ABA Board Certified or Board Eligible
Comfortable caring for pediatric patients

Additional Info:
EMR: Medaxion
All medications and anesthesia machines provided
EMT and perioperative nurse available to assist with IV starts
Medical Malpractice provided by Anesthesia OnCall
