• Independent office-based pediatric dental sedation assignment with extension options. • Wednesday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM at one location. • Cases include extractions, root canals, and fillings for patients ages 5-17. • Average 8-10 cases per day with anesthesia equipment and medications supplied. • Two-week credentialing timeframe with interview process before final approval.
