Anesthesiology Locum Tenens Opportunity in MA

Overview:
Anesthesiology coverage in Northampton, MA, Mon–Fri days in independent practice, assigned to OR or Endoscopy.

Schedule & Coverage:
Full-time; Mon–Fri; 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; minimum commitment is 3 weeks a month. Title: MD. On Call: No.

Work Details:
EMR: Epic. Patient Age Group: Adult and healthy peds. Procedures: Independent practice (no supervision). Locum is assigned to OR or Endo. Locum will be doing: General, plastics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, endoscopy, and healthy pediatric cases. Regional anesthesia skills strongly preferred. Endoscopy providers should be comfortable managing 16–20 cases/day. Ability to perform blocks, including pediatric blocks; locum should be able to do various blocks, including but not limited to peds. Client is striving for consistent, reliable coverage.

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required. State License: MA. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ABA (or eligible). DEA: MA required. Minimum Experience: 1 year.

Credentialing:
90 days. Willing to License: No.

Compensation & Travel:
Travel: All inclusive. OT is the same as the regular rate. Holiday is 1.4x. First 8 hours of orientation are non-billable.
