• Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): ASAP – ongoing
• Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: M-F 7a-5p
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: no call
• Type of Patients/Cases: adults, no pain management
• Support Staff: Possibly, we have 1:3 medical supervision model.
• Type of Care Model (Care Team or Independent): 16 anesthesiologists. Anticipate dropping to 15.
• Miscellaneous Information: in need of full time Anesthesiologist converge due to perm staff retiring while they recruit for a perm provider.
• ASAP start as soon as credential. Credentialing takes 60-90 days
• Local providers highly preferred
• Required at time of clear- Board Certification, BLS, ACLS, MI License & CSR
• Full time (M-F) availability - Required at time of clear
