"Join a collegial team of CRNAs at a thriving community hospital just south of Minneapolis St. Paul: • Independent/autonomous CRNA model - practice at top of license• Full time pay for a 4-day Monday-Thursday work week• Level IV trauma, 4 ORs, ~2000 cases in 2024• Nicely varied case mix: lots of General Surgery and Ortho, plus ENT, Ophthalmology, ObGyn, Uro, Podiatry, etc. No heads/hearts/Peds• Exceptionally close-knit, collegial relationships between surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, techs, etc. There are no “power struggles” Sign up or sign in for contact information competitive compensation: Base salary + call stipend = $330-350K+, with additional lucrative earnings available.• Full-time, part-time, & casual options available • Up to $80K+ signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support• All call is paid & is taken by beeper.
