Board Certified Anesthesiologist
Active Mississippi license
ACLS, BLS, and PALS required

Must provide 200 relevant case logs from the past 12 months

Credentialing timeline: Approximately 30 days
Ongoing PRN dates available, including some consecutive coverage blocks
