Start: June

13-week assignment with the option to extend

**Must have active MO license**

Hospital Details:

EMR: Meditech, Medaxion
Trauma Center? Level 1
Number of ICU Beds: 52 Licensed ICU, Level III NICU
Number of Anesthetizing Sites onsite: 17
Pre-Assessment Testing Provider (NP, PA, RN)- employed by hospital? TBD
Off site Anesthesia needs? No, normal OOO - Cath Lab, GI, OB
Average credentialing timeline: TBD believe to be 90 days, temps available based on clinician availability.

Will anesthesiologist be medically directing CRNAs? No, Supervision

What percentage of the time will anesthesiologist be personally providing anesthesia care? Generally Supervising direct care when needed. CV direct care

Types of cases: GA, Ortho, Neuro, OOO, Trauma, OB, Peds

Do you have Ultrasound for blocks? Yes

How often are CRNAs performing Operative Cases under medical direction of an anesthesiologist (as opposed to not medically directed)? Supervision only

Anesthesiologist have medical direction, supervision, or performing their own cases? Supervision, CV direct care

Who is performing Labor Epidurals? Dedicated OB CRNA

MD night shift requirements? Trauma or OR? Not required but available. OR/OB & Trauma - in house.

MD Day 8 hr OR 7a-3p
MD Day 10 hr OR 7a-5p
MD Day 12 hr OR 7a-7p - Ask AM

MD CV Day 7a-5p (M-F) - Ask AM

MD 12hr Night Trauma/OR 7p-7a - Ask AM

MD CV On-Call Night 5p-7a (M-F) - Ask AM

CV On-Call Weekend 24 hr 7a-7a (Sat-Sun) - Ask AM
