Patient Population: Adult and pediatric surgical patients

Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia practice

Practice Type: General Anesthesiology Practice

Geographic Setting: Kearney – A regional healthcare hub in central Nebraska, offering a family-friendly community with a low cost of living.

Responsibilities:

Provide general anesthesia services
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations
Administer anesthesia across a wide range of surgical specialties
Manage post-anesthesia recovery and perioperative care

Required Procedures:

Orthopedic surgery
Spine surgery
Gynecology
Urology
Interventional Radiology
Neurosurgery (spine and intracranial)
General Surgery
Robotic procedures
ENT
Pediatric cases
Vascular procedures
Advanced GI procedures

EMR System: Epic

Support Staff: Dedicated anesthesia team and perioperative staff

Days Per Month: Full-time Monday–Friday coverage

On-Call/Weekends: No night call and no weekend call

Requirements:
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Active Nebraska license or IMLC (license may be obtained prior to start)
NPDB Self-Query within 30 days
Availability at time of submission
Clean malpractice history preferred

• No nights and no weekend call
• Broad and diverse case mix including pediatric and advanced procedures
• Stable weekday schedule in a supportive hospital setting
