Start Date: 5/4/2026
Schedule: 7am - 7pm / Call hours: 7p - 7 a
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Call Scheduled: OR Call - Rotated equally b/n provider while working
Call Response Time: 20 mins
Dates Specific Coverage is Needed: Apr 20-24; May 23-24 (call); June 1-5 (can accept non cardiac); June 15-19; Aug 10-14 (can accept non cardiac); Aug 17-21; Sept 8-13; Sept 14-18 (can accept non cardiac); Sept 21-25 (can accept non cardiac); Sept 28-Oct 9 (can accept non cardiac); Oct 12-16 (can accept non cardiac); Oct 19-23; Nov 2-8 (can accept non cardiac); Nov 9-10; Nov 12-13; Nov 16-20; Nov 23-26 (can accept non cardiac); Nov 30-Dec 11 (can accept non cardiac); Dec 14-18; Dec 21-24 (can accept non cardiac); Dec 28-Jan 1 (can accept non cardiac)
Cases: cardiac, gen, ortho, OB, urology, GI, podiatry, healthy peds, ENT, neuro, vascular thoracic, Spinals, blocks, epidurals
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: 120 days
