Other Licensure Requirements: NV CSR and DEA required

Any supervision: Docs supervising CRNAs; and doing own cases (mostly cardiac cases done by docs)

Types of cases required: cardiac, gen, ortho, OB, urology, GI, podiatry, healthy peds, ENT, neuro, vascular thoracic

Spinals, blocks, epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Number of providers during the day: 3 MDs; 10 CRNAs

Number of OR's: 7a-3p - 11 sites incl. OB; 3p-5p- 5 sites incl. OB; 5p-7p - 3 sites incl. OB

Number of Endo Room: 1

Number of CV Room: 1

Number of Cath Lab Room: 1

EMR System: EPIC
