Anesthesiologist Locums – Dover, NH | Flexible Schedule + Optional Call

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Dover, New Hampshire. This assignment offers flexible scheduling, optional call, and the ability to split coverage between two providers.

Assignment Details
Location: Dover, NH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility: Option to work 4 days per week
Coverage Need: Full-time preferred, open to two weeks per month
Call: Optional

Preferred Coverage Dates:
September: 14–18, 21–25
October: 5–9, 12–16
November: 2–6, 9–13, 30
December: 1–4, 7–11, 14–18

Practice Setting:
Hospital operating room
9 operating rooms
EMR: Epic
Adult patient population
Average of 20–30 surgical cases per day

Case Mix: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, ENT, Vascular, Thoracic
No cardiac or intracranial neurosurgery

Clinical Responsibilities:
Supervise CRNAs approximately 3 out of every 5 working days
Independent anesthesia care on remaining days
No resident supervision

Requirements:
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Minimum 1 year of experience
Active New Hampshire license preferred
Candidates with an IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) will be considered for expedited licensing
DEA required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
