· Hospital bed size: 813
· Skills Required: Colonoscopy and endoscopy

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Yes, State of NY
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS
· Minimum experience required: 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 6 weeks

• No Nights, No Call, No weekends
• 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Outpatient Setting
