Trauma Level 2
The provider will need to be able to perform Thoracic, Vascular, and Orthopedic cases.
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 day
care team model

** Will purchase license

** travel and lodging supplied

** Malpractice supplied

** Will accept new grads
