Locum Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Plattsburgh, NY

Schedule
• Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Call required (includes OB)
• Must be within 15 minutes of the facility while on call
• Preference for providers able to cover 2 consecutive weeks per month

Practice Setting
• 100% Hospital-Based – OR & Labor & Delivery
• Level III Trauma Center
• 9 Main ORs
• Average 4–5 cases per day
• Approximately 700–800 deliveries per year

Cases
• Bread & butter anesthesia
• High volume Orthopedics & General Surgery
• Additional cases may include OB/GYN, ENT, GI, Urology, Plastics, Vascular, and Colorectal
• No cardiothoracic, neuro, or cranial cases
• Regional blocks for OR cases

Requirements
• MD/DO – Anesthesiology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• ACLS required
• MMR required

Credentialing
• Temporary privileges may be available for providers with a clean file, no malpractice history, and no work gaps

Compensation
• $400/hour
• Travel & Lodging Covered
