Anesthesiologist Needed in Central North Carolina near Raleigh, NC
Start Date: May 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks; potential ongoing need
Schedule

Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts)
No call
No additional shift requirements

Practice Details

Acute care hospital
4 anesthesia rooms
Staffing model: MD supervision of CRNAs (1:4 ratio)
MDs supervise and perform their own cases
Charting: iPro

Clinical Scope
Case types include:

General
Cardiac
Neuro
Orthopedics
OB
Pediatrics

Mix of supervision and hands-on cases.
Requirements

Physician – Anesthesiology
Board Certified or Fellowship Trained
Active North Carolina license required (no licensing offered)
DEA required

Credentialing

Estimated timeframe: approximately 105 days
Full hospital onboarding and cross-credentialing across system locations required

Location
Central North Carolina — hospital setting within a regional community hub located near the I‑95 corridor.
