Assignment Details
• Start Date: April 6, 2026
• Schedule Options:
○ Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
○ Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• No Call Required

Practice Setting
• Acute Care Hospital
• 50 anesthesia rooms
• MDs supervise CRNAs
• MDs do not perform their own cases
• EMR: Epic

Case Mix
• General
• Cardiac
• Orthopedic
• OB
• Pediatrics

Incentives
• $20,000 Completion Bonus
○ Must start by April 1, 2026
○ Work 13 consecutive weeks and 520 hours
