MD need in North Carolina

Job description

Start: July 6th

End: Ongoing

Work Schedule: 8s, 10s, and 12s - 40-hour work week guarantee for MDs *must be open to a mix of 8s, 10s, and 12s.

Call: 1-2 times per week and occasional 24 hr weekend *must be open to call*

Call response time: 30 mins

Case Mix Includes:

General, vascular, neuro, OB/GYN, urology — everything except hearts and complicated peds
Healthy peds dental and ENT (can be as young as 1 yr old, very rare it's younger), ENT, cataracts, ortho (no totals), endoscopy
*MUST be proficient in the healthy peds dental and ENT cases, Docs do blocks*

CRNAs handle epidurals during the day; MDs handle epidurals on their call nights/weekends

Anesthesia Model: Medical Supervision

EMR/Paper Charting: Epic

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90
