Position Highlights:
$360/hr + Travel & Lodging
Weeknight Call: $800
Weekend Call: $1,600
OT/Callback Rate: $385/hr
Multiple coverage blocks available August 2026 – January 2027
Consistent scheduling opportunities through year-end

Practice Details:
Supervision-focused model (approximately 85% supervision / 15% own cases)
Team environment with experienced CRNAs
4-6 ORs per day
Epic EMR

Case Mix:
General Surgery
Orthopedics
GI
GYN
Regional Blocks
Pre-Op and PACU Coverage
No Trauma
No OB

Requirements:
Active North Carolina License Required
Clean Background and Malpractice History
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Comfortable supervising CRNAs and performing own cases
Credentialing approximately 60-90 days
