Job description

A hospital in Reidsville, NC is seeking an Anesthesiologist for an ongoing locums assignment beginning August 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy a mix of leadership, regional anesthesia, and orthopedic-focused cases.

Highlights:
• Medical direction model supervising 3 CRNAs
• Strong orthopedic case mix with joint replacements and spine procedures
• Approximately 3,700 annual cases
• Long-term, ongoing coverage need
• Community hospital setting with a collaborative anesthesia team

Schedule:
• Monday-Friday, 7a-5p
• Night call while on assignment
• Weekend call required

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with regional anesthesia techniques including spinals, epidurals, and advanced peripheral nerve blocks. Case logs demonstrating proficiency with blocks, spinals, and epidurals are required.
