K. Type of Anes Model – Providers are handling their own cases. Will rarely supervise CRNA’s .
L. Supervision ratio- CRNAS and MDs are handling their own cases
M. Case types: Bread and butter cases only - No cardiac, no heads , regionals, nerve blocks.

1 week on 1 week off (Local)
2 weeks on 2 weeks off
3 weeks on 1 week off
3 weeks on 2 weeks off
2 weeks on 3 weeks off
