Location: Toledo, OH
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 6:30/7:30 AM – 1:00/2:00 PM (8-hour guarantee)
Call Requirements: No call
Case Types: Pediatric dental anesthesia, general anesthesia, nasal intubations
Case Volume: 5–10 cases per day
Practice Model: Solo practice (3-person care team + RN + paramedic support)
EMR: 1 PRO (Provation)
Licensure Required: Active Ohio license
Experience: New grads accepted; higher rate for pediatric fellowship-trained physicians
Commitment: Ongoing
Compensation: $360/hr (travel, lodging, rental car, and mileage covered for providers outside 60-mile radius)
