Start Date: 8/28/2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm, 48 hr beeper call on some weekends
Special procedures: GI, Gen Surg, Ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Bariatrics, Plastics, and Podiatry

Requirements:
OK License Required
Board Certification Required
BLS Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
