• Support Staff: 1 MD + 4 CRNAs
· Department Description: Bread and Butter, Gen Surge, Peds Dental and ENT, Ortho, and Podiatry – No OB
Practice Setting:
• Hospital - Yes
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active OK license
· Certifications Required: BLS
• Temps available
