Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts
Job Setting: Hospital-Based and Pain Management Clinic
Types of Cases: Adult:90% / Pediatric 10% / Trauma 5%
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic
Must be Board Certified
Oregon licensed preferred
