Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio *Anesthesiologist will be Medically Directing CRNAs and functioning in a hands-on capacity.

*Will provider work solo? Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60-90 Days
American Board of Anesthesiology certification required
