Job description

Practice Setting:
Join a busy inpatient hospital anesthesia team in Williamsport, PA, comprised of 9 MD anesthesiologists and full CRNA support. This high-volume OR environment uses Cerner EMR and offers a dynamic caseload with diverse procedures.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday daytime shifts, 9 hours each

12-hour day/night or 24-hour call shifts on rotation

Targeting approximately 20 shifts per month for ongoing coverage

Cases and Procedures:

General, OB, cardiac, neuro, orthopedic blocks

Approximately 90% adult and 10% pediatric cases (comfort with all required)

MDs rotate cases and supervise CRNAs

Requirements:

Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology (within 3 years of training)

Active PA medical license or IMLC eligible

Current ACLS certification and DEA registration

Travel & Accommodations:

All travel expenses covered including flights, hotels, rental cars, and mileage reimbursement
