Anesthesiology Locums| PA | 7 On / 7 Off | Community Hospital

Job description

We are seeking an Anesthesiologist for a community hospital–based opportunity in Sharon, PA. This role offers a predictable 7 on / 7 off schedule, light case volume, and a balanced call structure with minimal callbacks.

Schedule & Call
- 7 days on / 7 days off
- Day shifts: 7:00a–3:00p
- In-house coverage during the day; providers work their own cases
- Night call: 3:00p–7:00a, taken from home
- Weekend call: 24-hour call from home (not in-house)
- Average call-back: ~1 per month (art lines, central lines, general surgery, etc.)

Clinical Details
- Average of 2 cases per day Monday–Friday
- Providers work their own cases while on call
- Occasional supervision of one CRNA

Case mix includes: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Endoscopy, Podiatry, No OB
