Coverage Details
• Shift Options:
o 8-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
o 10-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
o 24-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule: Monday – Friday daytime coverage
• Call Requirements:
o Weekday call (Monday – Thursday)
o Approximately 2 weeks per month
o No call on Fridays
o Call is taken from home and shared equally among providers

• Board Certification: Required

Credentialing
• Credentialing / Privileging Timeframe: Approximately 60 - 90 days
• Licensing Support: Yes
