Contract Length: July – December 2026 (2 weeks per month)
Schedule:

8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Optional 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)

16-hour call (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Monday–Friday daytime shifts

Weekday call Monday–Thursday only (No call on Fridays)

Call taken from home and shared equally

Call Required: Yes – Weekday call (2 weeks per month)

Client Note: 24-hour shifts are not required. If chosen, provider works 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with call beginning at 3:00 PM (Monday–Thursday only).

Clinical Details

Setting: 131-bed Hospital

Supervision Model: 100% CRNA Medical Direction

Team Structure: 9 Anes collaborating with 20 CRNAs (24-hour in-house CRNA coverage)

ORs: 13 ORs, 1 Hybrid OR, 2 Cath Labs

Additional Sites: Supervision at state-of-the-art ASC

Patient Population: 12 months and older

Case Mix: Bariatric, Breast, General, GYN, Orthopedic (heavy regional), Plastic, Endoscopy

Excluded Cases: No Trauma, Neuro, or Cardiac

Volume: ~600 surg cases/month, ~40 endoscopy cases/month, ~700 deliveries/year

EMR: Epic

Regional Anes Experience: Required
