Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team in a modern surgical environment with a balanced case mix and minimal overtime requirements.

Position Highlights
-Must be Board Certified
-Must be comfortable supervising CRNAs
-Supervision model: 2–3:1
-Opportunity to perform your own cases, though not required
-Estimated time to privilege: approximately 90 days
-Minimal overtime
-Call is negotiable, but preferred
-Case Mix: Orthopedic, General Surgery, Bread & Butter cases, Rare Pediatrics, OB available/negotiable, No Neuro or Head cases

Practice Environment
-12 operating rooms
-Collaborative anesthesia care team model
-Efficient workflow and strong clinical support
-EMR & Documentation
-EPIC utilized throughout the facility, including intra-operative charting
