A well-established acute care hospital is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for an assignment within a collaborative anesthesia care team model. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of general surgical cases, optional call coverage, and a structured supervision environment with opportunities for both supervisory and hands-on clinical work.

Position Highlights
Ongoing assignment with consistent daytime scheduling
Optional call coverage (not required)
Supervision-based anesthesia care team model

Epic EMR system (including intra-operative charting)
Moderate case volume with predictable workflow

Clinical Responsibilities
Providers will manage a general anesthesia case mix including:
Orthopedics
General Surgery (bread-and-butter cases)
Occasional pediatric cases
OB cases (negotiable)
Limited trauma-level exposure (no neuro or head cases)

Practice Environment
Acute care hospital with multiple operating rooms
Supervision model supporting CRNA care teams
Opportunity for independent practice within structured oversight
Efficient OR operations with minimal overtime
Collaborative anesthesia department

Ideal Candidate
Board Certified Anesthesiologist required
Must be comfortable supervising CRNAs
Experience with general anesthesia case mix preferred
Open to both supervisory and clinical roles
Epic EMR experience preferred
