Length of Commitment: Ongoing
Work Schedule: 10 hour shifts
Call: Yes – beeper call
· $500 12 hr beeper
· $1,500 24 hr weekend beeper
· No gratis hours
Case Types: General Anesthesia, Cardiac Anesthesia (no open hearts), Pediatrics, OB, Nerve Blocks
Ages of patients? Primarily adult (95%), some pediatric (5%)
Anesthesia Model: Mixed model; provider may work solo
EMR/Paper Charting: Cerner
Cred’g / Priv’g timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Hourly Rate : $375 plus T&L
