Start Date: 8/17/2026 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 52 weeks (flexible)
Schedule: 8 and 10hr shifts needed.
- Weeknight and Weekend Call required

- Case Type(s): General, Ortho, Endo, gyn, ortho, Vasc, plastics. No heads, hearts or kids

Arizona State License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
