Locum Anesthesiologist Opportunity | Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

A 76-bed hospital in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist for full-time, ongoing locum coverage starting November 16, 2026. Work alongside CRNAs and anesthesia techs in an adult-only practice averaging about 10 patients per day. Temporary privileges are available for candidates with a clean file.

ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW
- Location: Gettysburg, PA
- Practice Setting: 76-bed hospital with 4 ORs, L&D, and cath lab
- Start Date: November 16, 2026
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Credentialing: 90 days (temporary privileges available with a clean file)
- Coverage: Full-time, 40 hours per week

SCHEDULE & CALL
- Day shifts with rotating call coverage
- Weekly schedule varies between 5x8s, or 2x8s plus one 24-hour shift, totaling 40 hours
- Expect a mix of both schedule types each month

PRACTICE DETAILS
- Support staff: CRNAs and anesthesia techs
- Approximately 10 patients per day
- Adult patients only (no pediatrics)
- Proficiency with orthopedic blocks required
- EMR: Epic
